Do you have a warranty?

The warranty on our products varies by product.  It depends on the application etc. As far as we are concerned, if a customer has an issue we are there to get it figured out no matter what.

How far in advance do you need to be notified for a job?

The sooner the better before a project is the best on prospective work.  We will work with contractors and the client to assess what they need and timelines during the planning process if possible.

What is your assessment process like?

Our assessment process is standard across the board.  Buddy will have an in-depth conversation with the client about their needs and what they are hoping for. He will give him his opinion on the best product for their project.  Then we will do a site visit and/or look at plans and get them a comprehensive quote.  Our quotes stand, unless the project size or scope changes, there are no surprise charges or changes from what we give as pricing unless otherwise noted.
